CARERS
We are working with The South Lakeland Carers Support Group who are trying to identify all carers in our area to offer advice and support if needed. There is lots of help available for Carers and we will shortly be organising a drop in session where you could meet them and find out about help and the services available. You can self-refer to the South Lakeland Carers or please contact Diane at the surgery (Weds or Thursday afternoons or Friday mornings) who will be pleased to help and provide further information.
