Appointments can be booked in advance – up to three months and bookings can be made in person, by telephone or on-line via the above link. For on-the-day appointments please telephone the surgery.
If you would like to register for Patient Access which enables you to book and cancel your appointments on-line at your convenience, 24 hours, you must present at Reception in person where you will be given details of how to register for the service. This will also enable you to order your repeat prescriptions on-line. For guidance on our on-line services and how to register please click the link – Emis Access information for patients
There are emergency appointments available each day.
Please help us to help you – if the doctor or nurse has asked to see you again, please make the appointment before you leave the surgery, don’t wait until the day you need to be seen.
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.
If you would like a chaperone present at your appointment with the doctor or nurse, please let the receptionist know when booking your appointment and will be pleased to arrange this for you. Alternatively, you may bring along a friend or relative to your appointment.
